Service calls
A repair, a fixture swap, a patch, a door: small jobs of about a day of work or less. There is no consultation fee, we confirm the price before we start, and you pay in full on the day, once the work is done.

What counts as a service call
Small jobs, done properly
If it fits in about one working day of work, it is a service call. For example:
- A dripping faucet or a running toilet
- Swapping one fixture: a faucet, a toilet, a vanity, a towel bar
- A drywall patch, a hole, a crack, a paint touch-up
- Hanging or adjusting a door, replacing trim
- Re-caulking a tub or shower, a grout repair
- A few loose tiles or a damaged floor board
Bigger than that, or several rooms? That is a renovation project, and it starts with an in-home design consultation. If a service call turns out bigger than it looked, we tell you before doing more.
How pricing works
- There is no consultation fee for a service call.
- We confirm the price with you before we start any work.
- You pay in full on the day, once the work is done.
How payment works
- No deposit for a service call.
- Before the visit you save a card on our secure payment page. Saving it does not charge it, and nothing is held.
- When the work is done, we show you the total. We charge it to the saved card and you get a receipt by text and email.
