We write the articles, guides and service descriptions on this site to be helpful, but they are general information, not professional advice for your home. Building codes, permit rules and product instructions change and differ between municipalities: confirm the requirements for your project with us, your municipality or a qualified professional before acting on them.
Prices, quotes and contracts
Nothing on this website is a quote or an offer. A price is only binding once it is given to you in writing after a walkthrough and accepted in a signed contract. The scope of work, price, payment schedule, timeline and workmanship guarantee for any project are those set out in that contract, which takes priority over anything on this website.
Photos
Photos on this site are from our own job sites unless they are clearly labelled otherwise. Placeholder images are marked as such. Design renderings show intent and may differ from the finished work.
Booking and forms
When you book a walkthrough, send us a message or apply for a job, please give accurate information. We use what you send as described in our privacy policy. Booking a walkthrough does not oblige you to hire us, and it does not oblige us to take on a project.
Reviews
We only publish reviews from real clients about real work, with their permission. We never write reviews ourselves or pay for them.

The text, photos, logos and design of this site belong to Zenith or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy our content for commercial use without asking.
